Returns

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetic raw materials and soap bases), we only accept returns in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged or defective upon delivery
• An incorrect item was shipped to you

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or partially used soap bases
• Cosmetic ingredients that have been removed from original packaging
• Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at kukschemicals@gmail.com or call 9654541517 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
